What does 100% mulberry silk specify?

It identifies the fiber composition. The full fabric specification still needs a weave, momme, width, color or artwork, finish and final use.

Does 6A mean the silk is certified?

No. ElaraSilk uses 6A as a raw-silk grade statement. Any certificate or test document must be identified separately by its own scope and details.

Which momme weights are confirmed?

The confirmed range is 16, 19, 22, 25 and 30 momme. The available weave, width, color and finish combination is reviewed for each project.

Does a higher momme mean higher quality?

No. Momme describes fabric weight. Quality and suitability also depend on the weave, raw material, finish, construction and approved sample.

Can a repeat order rely on the previous momme alone?

No. Keep the complete specification and physical reference. Current material availability, batch hand and visual color should still be reviewed before production.
