Start with the Pillow Insert
Send the insert dimensions and intended finished case size separately. Add the opening and front-and-back material plan so fit, overlap, flange or piping can be reviewed together.
Set the Finished Size from the Insert
A size name alone is not enough. Record the insert and finished-case measurements for each program.
Standard and Queen
Use the target-market insert size, then check corner fill and the opening on the physical sample.
King
Confirm the full-length fit and closure instead of scaling a smaller size without sampling.
Custom and Project Sizes
Supply the insert or measurement sheet and state whether flange or piping is included in the final size.
Choose the Opening and Edge
Approve closure dimensions and decorative edges on a filled pillowcase sample.

Define the position, length, slider area and seam finish for the chosen route. - Flange and piping
