Know What Each Document Can Prove
The name on a certificate is only the starting point. Its subject, scope and date decide whether it supports your requirement.
Material & Packaging
OEKO-TEX and FSC-related files cover named materials, products, organizations or packaging chains. They do not automatically cover every item.
Order-Specific Reports
REACH files and reports from SGS, Intertek or BV must be read against the tested material, sample, method, date and result.

Use the original file, not a logo alone. For order choices, compare the document with the selected silk or packaging option.
OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100
Available files relate to defined materials or products. Check that the selected silk and finished item fall within the stated coverage.
- Order match: selected silk, weave and momme, dyed or printed surface, and finished product
- Document check: holder, certificate number, validity, product class and scope
- Claim limit: use the wording only for the material or product shown
ISO 9001
This certificate covers a stated quality-management-system scope. Product approval still depends on the sample, specification and inspection requirements.
- Certificate check: legal subject, address, standard edition and issuing body
- Date check: certificate number, issue date and expiry date
- Use: supplier qualification within the management-system scope
FSC-Related Packaging
FSC-related files can support eligible paper packaging. The certified subject, chain of custody, material and intended claim must match the order.
- Holder check: ElaraSilk, the packaging supplier or another named organization
- Package check: paper or board, box structure, inserts and other components
- Mark use: confirm the claim and trademark permission before artwork approval
REACH & Third-Party Reports
REACH files and SGS, Intertek or BV reports may apply to one material, sample, product, substance list, test or inspection—not every order.
- REACH check: material, product or BOM, substances, document type and date
- Report check: issuer, number, applicant, sample, method, items and results
- Order match: compare color, print, finish, SKU, market and buyer requirement

Start with the buyer requirement, then compare it with the current document. This prevents a material report from being applied to the wrong product or order.
