These terms cover use of www.elarasilk.com and early-stage communications with Hangzhou ElaraSilk Co., Ltd. about custom B2B projects.

1. Website Use
You may use this website to review ElaraSilk products, materials, factory information, processes and contact details for lawful business purposes.
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misrepresent your identity or authority, or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
2. Website and Product Information
Images, descriptions, dimensions, materials, production examples, MOQ and timing on this website are general planning information. They do not confirm availability or a final specification for every project.
The accepted product specification, sample, artwork approval and order documents determine what is to be produced. Website corrections do not change an accepted order unless both parties agree in writing.
3. Inquiries and Quotations
An inquiry, discussion or quotation is not an accepted order. A quotation is based on the project details available when it is issued, such as product, material, construction, artwork, quantity, labels, packaging and destination.
Price, currency, taxes, freight, insurance, customs charges, shipping basis, exclusions and quotation validity apply only as stated in the written quotation or other accepted project documents.
4. Samples and Approval
A standard sample normally takes 5–7 days after the required details are confirmed. This is a planning range, not a fixed deadline. Special materials, complex construction, color work or later changes can affect timing.
Approval should identify the version, material, dimensions, artwork, color reference, construction, labels, packaging and accepted comments. Sample fees, shipping, revisions and ownership follow the written sample arrangement.
5. MOQ, Orders and Payment
Standard finished-product MOQ starts at 10 pieces per design. Fabric, printing, special materials, trims, labels and packaging may use different order units or conditions stated in the quotation.
This website has no online checkout. An order proceeds only after the required documents are accepted and any stated payment and approval conditions are met. Price, payment, bank charges, tax, changes and cancellation follow the accepted order documents.
6. Customer Artwork and Rights
You confirm that you own or have permission to use the logos, artwork, photographs, names, text, patterns, technical files and reference products submitted for a project.
ElaraSilk may use submitted materials to evaluate, quote, sample, produce, document and fulfil the requested project. Supplying a file does not permit public use; customer names, artwork and project details are not published as case studies without permission.
7. Production Reference and Variations
Production follows the accepted specification, sample, artwork and approval comments. Material and manufacturing can produce project-specific variation in dimensions, color, print placement, pattern alignment, edge finish, hand or fit.
The measurement method, approved variation, inspection method and tolerance must be stated in the project specification or another accepted order document. This website does not set one tolerance for every product.
8. Project Changes
A change to material, artwork, color, dimensions, construction, quantity, labels, packaging or timing after quotation, sampling or approval may require another feasibility review.
It may also change sample work, purchased materials, price or schedule. A requested change takes effect only after its impact and next step are confirmed in writing.
9. Production Timing
Standard bulk production normally takes 15–20 days after the required approvals and order conditions are met. Product mix, quantity, process, material availability and later changes can affect this range.
A required completion or delivery date applies only when it is confirmed in an accepted project document. Production timing is separate from carrier transit and customs clearance.
10. Packaging, Shipping and Import
Packaging, destination and shipping basis are confirmed for each order. A production estimate is not a carrier delivery guarantee.
Freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties, taxes, title, risk transfer, carrier selection and any Incoterm apply only when stated in the accepted quotation, proforma invoice, order confirmation, contract or shipping instruction.
11. Inspection and Claims
Inspection should use the accepted sample, specification, measurement method and order requirements. If delivered goods appear not to match, contact ElaraSilk promptly with the order reference, affected item and quantity, issue description, photos or video, measurements and package labels.
The notice period, inspection rule, handling of transport damage, return authorization and available remedy follow the accepted order documents and applicable law. Keep the goods, packaging and relevant evidence until handling is agreed.
12. Responsibility Boundaries
Website content does not guarantee that every option, material, price or timing is available for every order. It also does not replace testing, sample approval, professional advice or written project requirements.
Any warranty, remedy, exclusion or limit of liability must be set out in the accepted project contract and comply with applicable law. This page does not create a universal liability cap.
13. Third-Party Services and Updates
Email, WhatsApp, carriers and other linked services operate under their own terms and policies. Their content does not become part of an ElaraSilk order unless it is expressly included in an accepted project document.
ElaraSilk may correct or update this website and these terms. A later website version does not change an existing accepted order unless both parties agree in writing.
