Approve Size and Elastic Together
An outer diameter alone does not define the product. Fabric width, gathering, elastic length and the closing seam must be reviewed on the same sample.
Set the Volume for Each Size
Size names are relative. Record actual finished and component measurements for every SKU.
Mini
Use a narrower fabric profile and controlled gathering. Check that the join and label do not create a hard point.
Standard and Large
Balance fabric width, gathering and elastic for the intended volume. Approve where the closing seam sits.
Oversized
Set its strip proportion, gathering, elastic and package size separately. Check how large print motifs remain visible.
Review Silk After Gathering
A flat swatch cannot show how the selected silk forms around elastic.

Approve the Pantone or physical reference, motif scale, direction and join after gathering.
