Silk Scrunchies from Mini to Oversized
Develop a custom silk scrunchie range by fixing the finished size, fabric width, gathering, elastic and pack for each SKU.
- Sizes: Mini, standard, large or oversized
- Silk: 16, 19, 22 or 25 momme mulberry silk
- Appearance: Solid colors, prints, bows or ribbons
- Build: Fabric width, gathering, elastic and closing seam
- Packing: Singles, sets, labels and branded packaging
Approve Size and Elastic Together
An outer diameter alone does not define the product. Fabric width, gathering, elastic length and the closing seam must be reviewed on the same sample.
Set the Volume for Each Size
Size names are relative. Record actual finished and component measurements for every SKU.
Review Silk After Gathering
A flat swatch cannot show how the selected silk forms around elastic.
- 16 or 19 momme
Review the gathered profile and seam bulk on the intended size. - 22 or 25 momme
Review body and seam bulk again before keeping the same strip and seam settings. - Color or print
Approve the Pantone or physical reference, motif scale, direction and join after gathering.
Make Elastic Part of the Specification
Record the internal build instead of approving only the outer appearance.
- Elastic
Define the type, relaxed length, target stretch feel and joining method. - Closing seam
Approve its position, finish and bulk on the complete ring. - Bow or ribbon
Record whether it is fixed, plus its dimensions, direction, edge and attachment.
Map Every Single and Set SKU
Connect each product to its correct color, decoration, label and package before packing.
- Single SKU
List the size, momme, color or print and decoration. - Set assortment
Show the exact pieces and quantities in every color combination. - Labels and packaging
Match woven or care labels, hang tags, bags, pouches or boxes to the SKU.
Check Relaxed, Stretched and Recovered
Inspect the same sample in three states before bulk production.
- Relaxed
Check diameter, width, gathering distribution and the closing seam. - Stretched
Check elastic feel, seam stability and bow or ribbon attachment. - Recovered
Compare the returned shape and evenness with the approved sample.
Lock Each Colorway to Its Components
A color range needs one record that follows every component into the final pack.
- Material match
Link the silk color or artwork to the correct elastic and thread. - Accessories
Match the label, bow or ribbon and package to each colorway. - Pack list
State exact sizes, colors and quantities; mixed-design MOQ is confirmed by quotation.

Keep Each SKU with Its Own Build
