Set Coverage Before Adding the Belt
Length alone does not define coverage. Approve the front-panel width and overlap with the collar and belt on the same fitting sample.
Choose the Finished Length by Measurement
Length names vary by wearer and market. Record the approved garment measurement.
Short Robes
Balance body length, overlap, sleeve proportion, belt level and pocket placement.
Knee-Length Robes
Set the base-size length, then check the hem, pocket and belt position across sizes.
Long Robes
Check movement, hem clearance, front closure, sleeve balance and the final package fold.
Build the Upper Body Around Sleeve, Collar and Overlap
These parts must close and move as one construction.
